Students

In 2006 the Society made a major commitment to growing its base of student members. We strongly believe that today’s students are not only the future of our Society, but also the future of our important field.  ISIAQ should play a major role in nurturing student enthusiasm, and developing future leaders, in our field.  Student membership and student activities have grown since.

We currently provide benefits for student members in the form of:

• Reduced membership fees
• Student Conference Support Awards (5 for Indoor Air and 3 for each Regional Healthy Buildings Conferences) 
• Organization of Summer Schools at Indoor Air Conferences 
• Easy access to the current leaders in the field of indoor air quality and indoor climate, amongst others in the form of mentorship.
• Direct access to the proceedings of all Indoor Air and Healthy Buildings conferences and other outcomes from e.g. Scientific Technical Committees.

In addition to that we have incorporated a student representative in the ISIAQ board to assure that your remarks and questions are heard.
